The Sharps Chapel Volunteer Fire Department recently sent out our 2019 Annual Fund Drive Brochures by mail. These funds assist the department with the yearly general budget operations of the department. Chief Chris Upton and all of the fire department personnel would like to thank the community for the great response that has been received so far from the fund drive.
Upton said we are very grateful to have a community that supports the department and it’s members like our community does. Upton said he is also honored to have great dedicated members in the department that dedicates so much Volunteer time and Effort to help keep our community safe during any emergencies that occur day or night.
Donations are always welcome and appreciated at any time. These funds help our department purchase and maintain much needed equipment and gear, maintain our trucks, assist with training our members, paying utilities and fuel and covering Insurance costs and so much more.
