On 09-15-2015 at 0907 the Sharps Chapel Fire Department was dispatched out to a reported one vehicle accident with injuries. Rescue 51 responded with one Lieutenant/AEMT and one Firefighter. Upon arrival, crews found one truck off the embankment on its top. R-51 notified dispatch of the findings and took incident command. Upon investigation, crews found that one patient was out of the vehicle not wishing to be transported to the hospital. R-51 crew canceled Union County Rescue Squad and continued Union County EMS. Union County EMS did a No Patient Care report on the patient. R-51 remained on the scene until the vehicle was removed and no other hazards was presented. R-51 terminated command and returned to service. Non Injury accident. Union County Sheriffs Department did an investigation and took a report.
