Saturday morning started off as training for SCVFD members. Pump testing was conducted on our engines and other apparatus from other county departments. Firefighters also shuttled water to a dump tank to keep plenty water on hand for the testing. Later in the day, several Union County Fire Departments were dispatched to assist Rural/Metro Fire Department with a church fire just inside Knox County. Sharps Chapel units responded Tanker 51 and once on scene, assisted with water shuttle and manpower. Photos below are from the training and fire on Texas Valley Rd.
